You both face challenges individually. Regarding your partner, at his age and after 30 years of obstructive azospermia (no sperm in semen), a reversal had very low expectations. If your obstetrician thinks you still can conceive, sperm retrieval and IVF may be a better option.

If he has had a negative semen analysis since his vasectomy, the chance of a pregnancy is probably 1 in 2000 or maybe less.
