Hi, a vasectomy reversal should be performed with an operating microscope as the connection that needs to be made is too small to just use your eyes. It is delicate and, generally, if done well, should take about 2-3 hours.

No! It takes a few hours and is usually done in a surgery center under a microscope and with some type of anesthesia. That's why it's so much more expensive.

No, a reversal is a couple of hours procedure that is done with a microscope in the O.R. It may take 1 to 2 hours, but it is still an outpatient procedure.
